The Hengqin Area of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Zhuhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone held a talk on their cooperation and the challenges they may face in the future. It's understood that Hengqin has planned to create a ‘talent pool' for high-tech enterprises and share the institutional innovation bonus with all of Zhuhai city.

Hengqin has been adhering to the talent strategy to foster its development and every year, special funds from its budget are used to award the talents, a fixed sum for a fixed purpose. In this way, talents are collected, especially more sophisticated talents. Also, projects, capital and technology are brought together. Hengqin will focus on institution innovation, opening up innovation, financing innovation and technology innovation.

Talents are soft power for the development of high-tech enterprises and Hengqin is experienced in talent strategy. As the demonstration zone of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macaotalent cooperation and the national talent management reform, Hengqin has taken the lead in talent cultivation, collection and the construction of talent carriers.

The Hengqin Free Trade Zone and Zhuhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone both have their obvious advantages, which are advantages of an innovative policy and collected high-tech enterprises, respectively. The cooperation will bring about direct positive effects and boost the whole city's development.

Meanwhile, talent accumulation has contributed a great deal to the real estate market as the talents pay more attention to not only the comfort of living but also the real estate developers' brand and strength.
