ZY: As we come to the end of today's Voices and Votes, let's take another sideways look at events in Beijing and some of the more unusual stories, away from the politics. Over to you, Mangmang.

MM: Thanks, Zou Yue. Well, we've been talking about how China's annual two sessions have been attracting global media attention. But today, I want to introduce a media cameraman who's been stealing the show over the past four years, with his unique hairstyles.

His first public stunt was in 2010, when he showed up during a news conference for the Chinese Foreign Minister with a hammer and sickle hair cut. A year later, the pattern had changed to the five stars, an exact copy of the national flag of China. In 2012, he was seen with the Chinese character ‘Wen' -- Premier Wen Jiabao's surname sculpted into his hair.

So what's his latest crazy creation? Well, he's gone all topical on us! After the capital city suffered fog and smog for much of the winter, this anonymous Chinese cameraman who works for a Japanese news agency has gone for the buzzword on air pollution - PM 2.5.

So, Zou Yue, when he points his camera towards the delegates and deputies, others focus their lenses on him. A very creative person I should say. Any plans for you to do something similar?
