CHANGSHA, May 4 (Xinhua) -- An explosion occurred at a fireworks plant in Guandu Township, Liuyang, a county-level city of Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province, at around 4:43 p.m. on Monday, according to the emergency management bureau of Liuyang.
