BEIJING, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has emphasized the importance of consolidating and expanding the progress made in a Party-wide study and education campaign for establishing and practicing a correct understanding of governance performance.
