Eighteen people were injured in a road accident involving three buses and one taxi Saturday night in Hong Kong, local media reported.

The accident occurred at about 9:00 PM near Kwai Chung cargo pier. All the injured have been sent to hospitals. The roads were sealed, causing severe traffic congestion nearby.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
