Confucius' 2,559th birthday celebrated

Youngsters recite Confucius' quotations at a ceremony in Quanzhou, Fujian Province on August 31, 2008. It also commemorated the 2,559th birthday of Confucius which falls on September 28, promoted as the Teachers' Day.
