Sino-Arabian art summit held in Shandong

Well-known artists from China and the Middle East gathered on May 9 in Shandong Province for the first annual China Linyi Sino-Arabian Painting and Calligraphy Exchange.

More than 30 artists representing 10 Arab countries including the United Arab Emirates and Qatar joined 100 Chinese calligraphers and painters for the summit, where they participated in creative exchange. The artists worked together to produce over 200 calligraphic works and paintings during the one-day event.
