A promotional conference for key cultural industry projects in Shandong was held in Beijing on Tuesday.
A total of 236 cultural industry projects, with an overall investment of more than 130 billon yuan (US$20.38 billion), were introduced during the conference.
22 projects were signed up during the event and 15 of them have an investment of more than one billion yuan (US$157 million).
The conference was hosted by the Provincial People's Government to promote the provincial development of cultural industry.
Shandong, a coastal province located in the east part of China, has been striving to develop its cultural industry during recent years.
