A tent hospital donated by the German Red Cross has been providing medical care in the region for nearly a month.

The hospital is in an area that connects the urban and suburban areas of Dujiangyan city. The temporary hospital is providing care for more than ten neighboring counties and towns. At first doctors dealt with injuries, but now they are treating more people with common illnesses.

The hospital has treated more than 14,000 patients since it was set up. On Sunday, the tent hospital was handed over to Chinese staff.
