美国总统选举候选人奥巴马与罗姆尼3日晚在科罗拉多州丹佛市丹佛大学举行今年美国总统选举首场辩论。辩论围绕经济与内政议题展开，双方基本都在陈述自己先前已提出的政策立场，并未给选战带来新鲜观点，同时也都留有余地，没有让对方太过“难堪”。
