从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。11日公布的战犯是富永顺太郎，以下为中英对照供词：

| 据富永顺太郎1955年2月—12月笔供，他1895年生，日本福岛县人。1926年—1931年1月在哈尔滨日本内务事务官石川银三的事务所任职。1939年6月后，任华北交通株式会社课长、资业局次长，总裁室交通地志室主事。 | According to the written confession of Juntarō Tominaga from February to December in 1955, he was born in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan in 1895.
