Fans' fervor warms Andy Lau at frozen show
Adjust font size:

Wind was blowing heavily and temperature dropped to minus four degrees Sunday night in Harbin, where Hong Kong acting and singing superstar Andy Lau tried to warm up the city with his songs.

Hong Kong singer/actor Andy Lau performs in Harbin on Sunday, October 7, 2007.

Andy Lau strived to brave the cold at his concert held in the capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province.

On stage was the thinly-dressed and already snot-nosed Andy Lau, and off the stage were about 50 to 60 thousands enthusiastic fans.

Andy Lau thanked his fans for coming to his show, saying the fervor encouraged him to put on a good show.

The singer is currently touring the Chinese mainland, promoting his latest Mandarin album, "Miracle World."

He will perform in the eastern city of Hangzhou next on October 13.
