Hong Kong actor George Lam will perform as Charlene Choi's father in the upcoming film, "Sui Yue Qing."

George Lam's beard resembles that of Choi's actual father, which has led some people to jokingly ask whether Charlene Choi will mistake Lam as her father while shooting, ent.163.com reports.

Though Lam only plays a supporting role in the movie, Choi is still thrilled at the opportunity to work with her idol, whose songs and personality she admires.

Alan Luo will star alongside Choi as the lead actor in the film.
