Artists from Jiangsu and Yunnan provinces recently held an art exhibition to display their paintings and exchange them for moon cakes. The other purpose of this activity is to promote the Mid-Autumn Festival by attracting people's attention on it.

Chinese actress-cum-director Xu Jinglei also wrote and donated calligraphy to the exhibition. The exhibition will last from August 30 to September 3 in Kunming.

Over 200 paintings will be displayed in the exhibition. Citizens in Kunming can visit the exhibition for free.
