Two American musicians, multiple Grammy Award-winning rap artist and producer Wyclef Jean and alternative rock musician Krystal Meyers, performed at the Hennessy Artistry Event at Shanghai Pudong Expo Sunday night.
The artists were joined by Taiwanese pop stars Jay Chou and Mavis Fan, and Korean R&B diva Lena Park at the event.
The Hennessy Artistry series is a worldwide tour that aims to put artists from different genres on the same stage. The series kicked off in April with gigs in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia, and United States legs have featured artists such as Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, DJ Carl Cox and Fallout Boy.

Haiti-born Wyclef is considered by many to be a hip-hop legend, selling more than 30 million albums throughout his career. A former member of the hip-hop trio The Fugees, the 36-year-old found international fame in 1996 with the group's first album, "The Score." It remains the world's best-selling hip-hop album of all-time, selling more than 17 million copies.
Wyclef began a solo career in 1997 with the release of "The Carnival," which went triple-platinum. His talents as a producer have led to collaborations with Bono, Carlos Santana and Shakira.
At the tender age of 20, Meyers has already made a name for herself around the world with three successful albums. She started composing at the age of 10 and released her first album in 2005.
