Hong Kong singer-actress Gillian Chung insists on work resumption beginning this March, despite the daunting news that she was confirmed as one of the victims implicated in the Edison Chan's sex-photo scandal.

When Gillian Chung finally pulled herself together for a promising comeback this March, the confirmation news would actually be so intimidating, however, the actress, courageous enough, decides to face the music and move on along the way.

The singer, reeling from the nude photo scandal since the beginning last year, largely remained out of the public attention since the scandal broke.

Chinese film star Edison Chan in this explicit photo scandal was reported to have confirmed the identities of some of the female victims involved in the scandal, under the request of Canada's British Columbia Supreme Court.

Among the women in the pictures, as confirmed, are actress Cecilia Cheung, actor-singer Gillian Chung, former actress Bobo Chan and model-actress Rachel Ngan.

Sources say, Edison on hearing did not affect Gillian's work plan and the actress decided on Hong Kong her place to restart, though the exact date is not known yet.

As planned, Gillian will attend a press conference for a jeans brand in earlier March. She has been in contract with a couple of ads from the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

On Feb 24, Edison attended an unusual court hearing in Canada to give testimony for the trial of Ho Chun Sze, a computer technician who is allegedly responsible for the posting online of the porn photos.

The hearing was scheduled for three to five days but wrapped up in just a day.

This trial will take place in Hong Kong. Chan refused to return to the territory for the case but he agreed to a deposition in Canada.
