2nd Stage of "Chinese Giant Panda Park" Passed Examination

On Nov. 26, Ma Jianzhang, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Pan Wenshi and Hu Jinchu, experts of giant panda, and other 6 scientists signed their names on "Suggestions on 2nd stage project of Chinese Giant Panda Park".

The finish of the 2nd project will greatly relieve Wolong Giant Panda Research Center and provide better conditions for further research of giant pandas' ecology, behaviour, breed and feed in wild situation. The park is 3 square kilometers and according to the requirements of State Forest Bureau, giant pandas will be put into wild situations before 2005.
