Button Museum Established in Shangdong

Bu Jiangfang, a farmer in Yanggu county, east China's Shangdong Province, has opened a button museum in his home by sorting out his collections of 100,000 kinds of buttons.

With the collection of 110,000 buttons, Bu has been collecting buttons for ten years and is the record holder of Guinness Book of Records for his button collection. His buttons are from 208 countries and regions.

Some buttons in the museum, titled the "World Button Museum,” are of collection and artistic value. For instance, a bronze button engraved with pictographic characters of the Western Zhou (BC11c.-BC771), and some buttons carry portraits of celebrities.
