Northwest Airlines Corp. said it will add a third weekly cargo flight to Shanghai from the U.S. in April as competition for air service to China intensifies. The No. 4 U.S. carrier said it will use a new weekly route awarded by the U.S. Transportation Department to add an all-cargo flight service to Shanghai.
