Aucma Group, China's leading refrigerator manufacturer, has begun to deliver automatic vending machines to the US market, as the company's first batch of shipment has departed from this capital city of east China's Shandong Province a few days ago.

Under a contract it signed with the US-based AVT Technologies Co. in December last year, Aucma Group would export 3,000 vending machines to the US market by the end of 2006, marking the first step for the largest non-fluorine freezer producer in China to make a solid landing on the US market.

Aucma has unleashed a global market strategy by clinching a series of contracts with world-famous beverage brands such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Hong Kong-based Watsons for the vending machine retail business. In 2005, it managed to get 80 percent of Pepsi's total vending machine orders.

Aucma has grasped world level technologies in the manufacturing of series of automatic vending machine products, which are used for selling cold and hot beverage, food and newspaper.
