Food Cure

Bleeding gums and toothaches are common diseases. Before seeking help from a dentist, you might want to try the following methods to ease the pain and diminish inflammation.

Mango and green tea

Prepare 50 grams of peeled mango and one gram of green tea. Cook the mango in about 400 ml of water for three minutes. Add 25 grams of sugar and the green tea in the soup. Drink the tea twice a day, which is helpful to stop gum bleeding.

Tomato and green tea

Prepare 100 grams of tomatoes and 1 gram of green tea. Peel and mash the tomatoes and mix with the tea. Put the mixture in hot water of 400 ml. Drink the tea twice a day to cure gum bleeding.

Vinegar and tea

Put 5 grams of tea into a cup of hot water until tea is fully brewed (about five minutes). Filter out the tea leaves and add the vinegar to the water. Drink the tea three times a day to ease pain in teeth.
