They are respectively Zhu Yongde (Chairman), general-manager of Shanghai Film Group; Pan Hong, reputed Chinese actress; Lee Cang Dong, young director from the ROK; Alan Parker, famous British director; Andrzej Zulawski, a Polish director; a German director and a Russian director. They will arrive in Shanghai in succession and pitch themselves into the busy movie appraisal work.

According to the schedule, "Blue Love", a feature film jointly produced by Beijing Film Studio and CCTV, will be shown at the opening ceremony for the film festival.
