Franchise License Opens Way to Mainland Markets
If Hong Kong enterprises hope to further invade the Chinese mainland market, franchise management is a good channel, the Hong Kong Franchise Association said.

Zhou Yuzhen, chairman of the association, said the potential of developing franchise management in the mainland is huge. Many industries, such as health centres and commerce centres, can be operated in this kind of management.

Hong Kong's franchise management began in the 1970s. Now there are already 120 franchisers. A ranking of global brandnames indicated that Hong Kong's 18 companies such as Li Jin Ji and Watson's, are rated among the top 50 major products in Asia.
