Macao Donates Book to NLC

The Cultural Institute of Macao yesterday announced in Beijing that it would donate all its 280 publications, currently displayed at the Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF), to the National Library of China (NLC).

The publications, which came from 15 publishers in Macao, range from history, culture, language, to architecture, art, education, administration, law, tourism, economy, sports and health.

The number of the publications is 54 more than that of last time.

Macao has participated in five of the past eight book fairs in Beijing. As it did last time, the Cultural Institute will donate all the books to the National Library.

A seminar on a trilingual magazine, Review of Culture, was also held at the Beijing office of the Macao SAR government yesterday.
