Shanghai Holds Int'l Fashion Show

CHIC-Fashion China unveiled its international fashion show in Shanghai Tuesday which aims to further develop and promote China's fashion industry as well as to foster international exchanges and cooperation in the industry.

The show, sponsored by the China Garments Association, the Sub-Council of Textile Industry of CCPIT, Igedo Company, Dusseldorf from Germany and the China World Trade, aims to further develop and promote China's fashion industry as well as to foster international exchanges and cooperation in the industry.

Covering an area of 8,200 square meters, the show has attracted 80 fashion designers from a dozen countries and regions including China, Germany, the United States and France.

Experts pointed out that the show will facilitate the upgrading of the technology and management of China's fashion industry.

Similar shows will be held annually in Shanghai.
