Out-of-bounds Tour for White Collars

More local young men are taking tours organized by their company during their holidays. In such tours, they don't concentrate on appreciating the beautiful natural scenery, but on how to exist in the outside world and how to challenge themselves. These tours are called "out-of-bounds"and they are becoming more popular, eastday.com reported Monday.

Antspower.com is the initiater of the alternative tours in Shanghai. It cooperates with local companies, organizes "out-of-bounds"tours for them and gets their employees well entertained and trained in the couple-day or weeklong outing.

Up to now, more than 2,000employees from about 70 state-owned and joint venture companies have entered programs offered by Antspower. Among the big names are Siemens (Shanghai), Alcater, China Netcom and Pin'an Insurance Co.Ltd.

The trips Antspower organized are mainly based in Wuxi, a scenic spot in neighboring Jiangsu Province. Antspower established a training base there. At the bases, people can play shooting, wild climbing, couple cycling, arrowing and other exciting and challenging sports.

These tours do not only test people's living ability and fexibility, but also develop a group spirit among the employees, Fang Fang, CEO of Antspower said.
