Rainbow Project in NE China Helps Needy College Students

The "Rainbow Project" to help needy college students was launched in Mudanjiang Friday. A total of 35 qualified students from needy families were sponsored by the project in their studies at Mudanjiang University and all their expenses at school would be covered by the local government and university.
