The photo, taken on Nov. 16 by a journalist from Xinhua News Agency, who's part of a group from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Scientific Expedition Team in Hoh Xil, shows a herd of male and female Tibetan antelopes ten kilometers from the Qoima Lake.

The scientific expedition team found a herd of over 100 Tibetan antelopes made up of males and females on Nov. 16. Experts explain that finding them together in one herd means their mating season is not far away.
