Adjust font size:

Most parts in central and east China will experience rain, snow and a drop in temperatures in the coming three days, China Meteorological Administration (CMA) forecasted on Wednesday.

The administration said, from Dec. 6 to 9, light-to-moderate snow and sleet will spread across north Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and other parts of west China, as well as in parts of north China, northeast China, and valleys in the rivers of Yellow and Huaihe.

Meanwhile, heavy snow will blanket parts of northeast Qinghai, south and east Gansu, northern parts of Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces.

East parts of southwest China and most areas south to the Huaihe River will receive rainfall during this period.
