CCB to Enhance Cooperation with Foreign Counterparts
A manager with the China Construction Bank (CCB) on Thursday said his bank will strengthen cooperation with foreign counterparts.

Kong Yongxin, general manager of the bank's newly established department of financial institutions, made the remarks in a presentation of the bank's businesses in China to overseas financial institutions with offices in Shanghai.

He introduced his bank's financial products and services to representatives from more than 80 foreign banks including City Bank and Dresden.

The new department was set up to deal with the marketing and management of the financial institution's clients such as foreign financial institutions, domestic securities companies and domestic commercial banks.

Apart from the traditional foreign currency businesses such as international settlement, foreign currency capital trading, foreign currency liquidation, spin-off trading and asset management, the CCB's new department will offer new services to its overseas counterparts' clients.
