Global Executive Search Company Opens Headquarters in HK
A leading global executive search company, BTI Consultants, has chosen Hong Kong as home for its new North Asia regional office, executives of the company said Friday in Hong Kong.

Carl Camden, executive vice-president and chief operations officer of Kelly Services Inc, BTI Consultants' parent company, said the new Hong Kong office had enormous potential.

"I understand that one of Hong Kong's most valued assets is its human capital," and the company's business "is to identify, mentor, motivate and place quality talent where they will help the business of Hong Kong to grow and prosper," said Camden.

"We are proud to expand to North Asia and are confident in Hong Kong," he added.

Director-General of Invest Hong Kong Mike Rowse said the BTI Hong Kong office opening reinforces the territory's strategic location as Asia's business hub.

"Hong Kong, as Asia's world city, was the natural choice for BTI as a base for their regional network," said Rowse. "Our strategic location at the heart of Asia enables companies to expand their business to the Chinese mainland and other Asian countries very conveniently," he said.

Established in 1979, BTI Consultants was acquired by Kelly Services Inc, a Fortune 500 company with over 2,200 offices worldwide.
