Shanghai to Issue Temporary Driving Licenses to Foreigners
|

Starting from March 1, foreigners and overseas Chinese will be able to apply for temporary driver's licenses at Hongqiao and Pudong international airports.
According to local Public Security Bureau, those who have legal driving licenses in foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan areas can apply for the temporary driving licenses in Shanghai.
