Foreign Firms Seeking Listings Should Disclose Risks
Foreign-invested firms that seek domestic listings must disclose risks linked to their purchase of raw materials and technology from abroad, the stock regulator China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said on April 1, 2002.

Foreign-funded firms who want to list shares on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges must also evaluate risks related to changes in China's policies allowing them preferential treatment, CSRC said. The information must be included in a firm's issue prospectus.
