5.4-magnitude quake hits Ryukyu Islands, Japan

An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale jolted Ryukyu Islands, Japan at 20:32:44 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 31.60 km, was initially determined to be at 27.6324 degrees north latitude and 128.2323 degrees east longitude.
