N Korean Top Negotiator Arrives for Six-Party Talks

Kim Kye-gwan, top negotiator from North Korea, arrived in Beijing on February 8, 2007, for the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue. The third phase of the fifth round six-party talks will resume on February 8. The talks also involve China, the US, South Korea, Japan and Russia.
