World's eyes on NPC & CPPCC Sessions

Norman Bottorf of the Associated Press has been in China for 13 years. In the wake of the recent milk powder scandal, he's focusing his concern on food safety, another main topic of the sessions.

Norman Bottorf, APTN head of Associsted Press, Beijing, said, "Any sort of industry or product is supervised from the bottom up."
