New director of Pudong appointed

Li Yiping has been appointed acting director of Pudong New Area by the district's standing committee of the People's Congress.

Li, deputy director of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, replaces Zhang Xuebing, who has become director of Shanghai Public Security Bureau.
