Recipe for oyster mushroom and milk soup

Ingredients: Oyster mushroom (150g) and milk (500g)

Method: 1. Boil oyster mushrooms in water quickly, then chop into slices.

2. Cook the slices with milk together.

3. Add sugar to sweeten.

Function: Nourish stomach, soothe channels and activate collateral, and stimulate blood and qi circulation.

Mongolia mushrooms

(koumo)

TCM believes that "neutral" mushrooms can help regulate qi, benefit the spleen and intestine, dispel pathogenic heat in the blood and dissolve phlegm.

Koumo is recommended for anyone but especially for fat people and those with constipation, high blood pressure, diabetes, liver inflammation, tuberculosis, rickets or cancer.

Recipe for mushroom and soybean curd

Ingredients: Mushroom (15g), soybean curd (a box), ham chips (10g), peas (10g)

Method: 1. Wash the mushrooms and soak in water cut the soybean curd into slices.

2. Cook the mushrooms then add the other ingredients, cooking for another 10 minutes.

3. Add some starch to thicken and salt to season.

4. Add sesame oil.

Function: Reinforce qi and benefit spleen and stomach.
