The following are the latest developments on the A/H1N1 flu outbreak worldwide on Saturday, according to the World Health Organization and governments' data.

Confirmed deaths worldwide: 91, with 80 in Mexico, nine in the United States, one in Canada and one in Costa Rica.

Confirmed cases: More than 11,168 in 44 countries and regions, most in the United States and Mexico.
