Albania health authorities confirmed on Monday its first case of A/H1N1 flu infection in one student.

Alban Ylli, head of Albania's public health institute, said the student has already recovered, but he didn't say how the student was infected.

Albania is the last western Balkan country to confirm the infection of the flu virus on its land. The epidemic has spread in all its Balkan neighbors.
