Senior CPC official meets Mauritius guests

A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) expressed willingness of boosting relationship with the Labour Party of Mauritius on Tuesday.

The CPC would promote exchanges with the Labour Party of Mauritius to further improve the relations between the two countries, said He Yong, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee during a meeting with Devanand Virahsawmy, general secretary of the Labour Party of Mauritius.

He, also deputy secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Devanand Virahsawmy briefed each other on domestic situations of their respective countries.

Virahsawmy said his party would like to expand cooperation with the CPC.
