Wen congratulates New Zealand's PM on election

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao sent a message on Wednesday to New Zealand's National Party leader John Key, congratulating him on his election as the country's prime minister.

Key's party defeated the ruling Labor Party led by incumbent Prime Minister Helen Clark in the Nov. 8 general elections.
