US "First Lady" Laura Bush, Minister of Culture of China issuing a plague to an art group of Shanghai Children's Palace

On January 28, 2008, together with “First Lady” Laura Bush, Sun Jiazheng, Minister of Culture of China was issuing the plague “Coming up Taller” to Ms. Chen Baihua and Miss Li Mengchu, a teacher and student representing the Little Companion Art Group of Shanghai Children’s Palace.
