Adjust font size:

China on Thursday presents some cultural equipment to a Pakistan museum, displaying enhanced cultural exchanges and friendship between the two countries.

Chinese ambassador to Pakistan Luo Zhaohui and Pakistan Culture Ministry Secretary Shahid Rafi attended the presentation ceremony.

The equipment presented to Pakistan National Museum of Ethnology include a stage subtitler, a 16mm film projector and 477Chinese film archives.

Shahid Rafi hailed the presentation as a testimony of bilateral friendship, urging the two countries to further cultural exchanges for better understanding of the two peoples.

In the past years, China and Pakistan have undertaken increasing cultural exchange activities. In 2006, the two countries signed the Cultural Exchange Program, setting goals for activities between 2007 and 2009.
