Application of USS Kitty Hawk's visit to Hong Kong received

China has received the application of the USS Kitty Hawk's intended visit to Hong Hong, said Jiang. "We will examine and approve such kind of application with the principle of sovereignty and according to specific situation." Jiang remarked.  

Jiang said China had approved the application of the USS Nimitz's visit to Hong Kang earlier this month.

New Zealand PM to visit China

New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark will pay an official visit to China from April 6 to 8 as guest of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Jiang announced.
