China, India to hold fresh round of border talks
Adjust font size:

Indian National Security Advisor M. K. Narayanan will travel to Beijing for a new round of border talks with China, said the Foreign Ministry Tuesday.

"Chinese State Counselor Dai Bingguo and Narayanan will head their delegations for the two-day talks scheduled for September 18 and 19," Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu said at a regular briefing.

This will be the 12th round of talks between the two sides since China and India appointed special representatives in 2003 to resolve a decades-long border issue.
