The impressive performance of three thousand Confucius disciples holding bamboo art in the Olympic opening ceremony on August 8th increased the popularity of bamboo art in many handcraft shops in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.

The works of art are selling fast because of their traditional Chinese flavor.
