The world's biggest snow carving of the lucky Chinese character "Fu" is busily being made in Harbin's Sun Island.

The 88 meter wide and 88 meter long character will make its debut at the International Snow Carving Art Expo being held in Harbin's Sun Island, to welcome the Spring Festival.

The Chinese lunar new year falls on February 7th this year.
