Everyone is standing inside the white tents as all the NOC assistants and athletes are waiting for the buses to come.

Those white tents are the first gate to the Olympic Village. It is the Welcoming Center with security check. As I take this picture from bus number 8, which include the countries of Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, and many more. On the left side are the buses that have already arrived as the people are slowly walking into the tents for security checks.
