South Korea's Nam Hyun hee enters women's foil final

South Korean fencer Nam Hyun hee smashed the domination of Italians in women's foil by beating Giovanna Trillini 15-10 to enter the final bout on Monday at the Beijing Olympic Games on Monday.

Nam advanced to the semifinals of the women's foil individual event together with Italy's Maria Valentina Vezzali, Giovanna and Margherita Granbassi, the world's top three in this sport.

Giovanna opened the bout with a 2-0 lead, but the South Korean fencer overtook her quickly and won the match. Giovanna had two fouls in the fight, adding two points to Nam's lead.
